The items did show up tho. For reference, the envelope was mailed on the 4th and delivered in WV on the 24th. So give it about 3 weeks of your on the East Coast. I'd recommend the seller.

It did require a 20 mile round trip to the post office so I am out the time and $3.50 in gas. Seller did respond quickly to my request for postage refund. I will leave a positive rating with the hope that the seller will visit their post office to figure out proper postal rates. I see in other comments that this has happened before.
