  The manufacturer s box containing the eyedrop bottle was crushed and clearly had been opened prior to shipment -- the seals at both ends had been slit and the bottle of drops was upside down in the original box. When contacted, the seller slow-walked the process. When he said to return the item I declined to pay for shipping. After more prodding he said to contact Ebay then ignored Ebay s case and Ebay refunded the money. Other negative reviews are similar to my experience.

  We're sorry for your experience. The item was shipped sealed, and any damage likely occurred during transit. We promptly responded to the buyer’s messages and suggested initiating a return through eBay for a full refund. Our return policy includes a prepaid shipping label at our expense. The buyer never returned the item but still received a full refund. We did not ignore the case — we allowed eBay to process the full refund without dispute, even though the buyer kept the product.
