  The item is pictured with the battery refills, when I received the item they were missing. Seller has instructed multiple times that I can purchase the batteries. No effort made to resolve the situation. Just know if you purchase this item it will not have everything itemized pictured and you will receive no support from seller other than apology and letting you know you can purchase the batteries yourself.
