  Product was delivered well before specified date. Prior to receiving it, I received an alert from eBay stating there was a recall on the type of battery I ordered. They recommended to stop using it. I hadn't opened the product pkg for the batteries & charger, so I contacted the seller & asked for a refund. They explained that the batteries they sell have posed no safety concerns, but they refunded my purchased & said I did not need to return the product. That's great customer service!!

  Excellent communication with seller. Product arrived quicker then expected and was sealed in box but when opened had a manufacturer defect no fault of seller. When I complained they refunded me no problem and even sent me a free gift. Really turned around a rocky experience and came through with flying colors. Recommend and will add them to my list of preferred shops.

  Terrific Seller & Communicator even when there was an issue that neither the seller nor I had control over as item was never delivered even though it showed delivered but the seller communicated immediately + extremely easy to work with to get the issue resolved

  The packaging was phenomenal and the shipping was expedited in a timely pro business fashion, . The item was sealed properly, never opened, brand new as stated in her advertisement. I have had troubled skin my whole life, these pads show a significant positive difference after 1 day of use.
