  This seller has excellent customer care. While I had no reason to need customer service, I say this because they shipped promptly, ahead of my expectations. Shipping was so fast, my order arrived yesterday 4/3/2025 (I ordered 3/30/2025) & it got here before 3 other orders I placed before this one. The items were packed securely & arrived in excellent condition. The personal touches were also very kind and made me smile. Also, the price was extremely generous compared to other vendors.   Item arrived on time in great condition. It was well sealed in the package. It's exactly as described by seller, and it was a great price compared to other sellers with the same item. Shipping was reasonable, not too expensive, cheaper than most. Everything I could have asked for. I'm very happy with it.

  I was so excited that the seller agreed to my offer… And shipped it very quickly! Package arrived in great condition, with extra little stickers inside the box! That is always such a nice little touch… Especially when buying themed merchandise like Disney. Backpack in pristine condition, tags on and plastic wrappings around handles and hardware.   The toy is brand new, as described, came in a nice wrap that helps safe the original smell of grapes. Delivery was relatively fast around Christmas, New year time. I didn’t communicate with the seller. Great experience and good value.
