    The handbag is perfect! Exactly like description and pictures. It’s a great deal to get this handbag at such a low price! Very carefully packaged. The seller is easy to communicate.     I enjoy doing business with this seller, and have purchased from them on several different occasions. They respond quickly to questions and are willing to resolve any issues as soon as they can. The items are always described well and any problems with the item (like a pulled thread) are shown well in pictures. Packaging and shipping are good.

    This coat is absolutely beautiful as described and the packaging is very plan which is exactly what I wanted. The value for this versus the boutique pricing gives me more money in my pocket. Shipping was easy without issues. This seller is great and someone I will be doing business in the future. All my questions and concerns (some due to other buyers comments) were all answered in an open and honest manner. This seller has integrity and knows how to treat new customers. Recommend to all

    I originally received the wrong item (a different tie) but the seller was very responsive when I contacted them about it and fixed the problem promptly. I now have the correct item and am very happy with the with how the seller resolved an honest mistake on their part. They paid for return shipping and got me the correct item very quickly. The item was clean and well packaged, better than described and a great value.

    I bought a pair of designer jeans at a great price in very good condition. The only problem was they were described as straight leg in style, but they turned out to be a skinny fit. Fortunately, I was able to return them for a full refund. Customer service was responsive & helpful. So I didn’t get what I wanted, but I would still recommend this seller, & would buy from again. Shipping and packaging all good too.

    Shipping was average, packaging was well done to prevent any damage. The dress was as described and price was good. These questions aren't truly what helps sellers, they're more a nuisance than anything. THANK YOU to the seller. This dress is gorgeous and in amazing condition, better than seller described. This seller was on top of answering questions promptly and shipping quickly. Seller is very good and added to favorites.
