  Rim in good condition, being a used item. Excellent communication. Product as described. Shipping would have been faster, but USPS "lost" package and kept giving me a runaround. Contacted seller, explained situation, and they quickly took care of it. Great customer service!

  Very Satisfied with the quality of the items, didn’t hold back on making sure everything was wrapped up nicely for shipping, had a week delay with receiving one package due to USPS and I voiced my concerns to them (BMP Auto Salvage), and they did a wonderful job of communicating and reassured me that it would arrive safely, and it did!   This seller delivered!! Needed a complete set of rear seat belts for a 1998 EK hatch and I was able to get a used set from here. Shipped extremely fast and packaged extremely well so that all the parts were not rattling in the box. When I went to go install, they provided every bolt and piece of hardware that I needed and it all matched. Items were as described and I really can’t be happy enough. Sorry. Long winded review but I’m just really happy with this purchase and seller!!

  Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. The bumper cover arrived as described. Value for this OEM Bumper Cover was great. My only complaint is with shipping time and shipping method. For the cost, & with my S/R experience, I would expect better packaging. The bumper cover was simply placed into a reused, large box from an outdoor patio set with no internal packaging. THANKFULLY the freight carrier was careful. Seller should def take better precautions on large items like Bumper Covers.

  Seller communication absolutely appalling. Shipped in separate packages with no packing material for protection. Item marked as delivered but only one tracking number provided. When additional tracking number requested, seller never responded. Items leaking throughout box when received. When contacting seller for support, extremely rude and unprofessional for the minimal responses that were received. 0 stars if I could. Highly recommend purchasing from an alternative vendor

  Far from true - Shipping always is automatically logged into eBays system - Advised that the cap pops off and is a common issue and can be resolved with simply popping the axle cap back on and applying a minimal amount of grease - Sorry you took offense - May your day be as pleasant as the feedback you leave
