  I ordered this dress as a gift. When it didn't arrive by the expected date, I contacted the seller. I explained that it was a gift for a little girl in Mexico and I wanted the dress before my departure date. I told her that if that wasn't possible, I wanted the order canceled. She promised that it would arrive on time. I'm in Puerto Vallarta without the gift. If/when it finally arrives, it will be returned. I want my money back. Had she been honest about timing, I wouldn't have purchased this.
