  Seller waited 3 days after purchase to inform buyer that the record was damaged after the buyer reached out to the seller asking why the item had not been shipped . Seller issued only a partial refund . Would not recommend buying from this seller , good luck if you have a issue .

  This problem is misstated and was resolved although the customer appears to have issues. We have a staff that we rely on and have for years and in this case a record was held up because it was damaged. It could not be sent nor would we ever send a broken product of any kind. This customer was give a refund but it does appear that ebay took a fee and then the balance was given plus we offered the customer a 30% discount on their next purchase whatever.. Some people cannot be pleased but we try.
