  Fair price but delivery was very slow, Evri kept emailing me saying they couldn't pick up my item due to bad weather, which is definitely not true ! It was according to Evri stuck somewhere for three days. This meant I had to keep rearranging my builder which he wasn't happy about. The seller really needs to take a long look at who they use to deliver their goods.

  good price, good product, ok etc. Mad that people selling kitchen hoods / kitchen extractor fans are allowed to sell their whole thing without this essential element of kit. so EXCELLENT product and excellent seller, BUT the delivery service was rubbish: dropped on the floor in front of the house - we were here all day, no one rung on the door, just dropped by. The diameter was 15cm+the package,I suppose it couldn't fit the mailbox... but on the floor where there are 4 neighbour indoors ?

  I was disappointed that the seller did not respond to my message asking about ordering a link cable and having it delivered with the lighting units, so I did not order the cable, sale lost. The items purchased were as described and delivered in good time. Thanks.
