  While we did have some hiccups with a faulty unit - the customer service was incredible. I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. We love the look and it looks more expensive than it was. BEAUTIFUL LAMP A++++

  Value lights has just got to be one of the best people to deal with on eBay. I ordered a floor light which stated next day delivery and there was no extra charge for this, the item was delivered the 'next' day...it was exactly as described, amazingly well packed, and when set up looked far more expensive than it actually cost, I am very pleased with my purchase and can highlyrecommend this Seller.

  I had a problem with my delivery, which was all the delivery companies fault, but I contacted the seller and explained I had only received half of the order. There was a very prompt reply stating that they had opened a case with the delivery people. The next morning, after waiting for 7 days for them to find the other half of the order, they sent a message that it would be delivered this morning! Hmm. Sure enough, the item arrived half an hour later! I would use this seller again!

  Great ebay seller and so happy I bought this glass lampshade, there beautiful. no wonder there is so many likes on it ! My item arrived very quickly and it was wrapped as if it was the sellers own parcel, with care. I'm very happy with my item and it sets my place off lovely. I'd recommend this seller to everyone and tell you now go buy this lampshade at this price it's a steal and you won't regret it. That's why im saving this seller so I can buy again from soon .

  What an amazing seller ! They were unlucky and dispatched a sealed box containing in a garden lamp. Unfortunately there were two pieces missing from the lamp. I made contact with them through eBay and had a reply 30 mins later. They sent a replacement part that day, but that was still missing the internal part when it arrived. When I contacted them again a full replacement was sent along with a sincere apology for my inconvenience. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Very highly recommended.
