    Absolutely excellent seller. Communication was fast and friendly, the item was exactly as described even better in person, and shipping was lightning quick.     The product worked as intended and the price a little high but fair considering the scarcity of it on the market (the Turtle Beach website no longer sells such replacements for the American market at least). It arrived quickly in perfect condition. The seller was also very clear and responsive when asked questions about it. Overall my experience was positive and I’d certainly do business with this seller again.

    Quality is perfect, even opened box had no dents or scratches. Wonderful value for the money and even though it came with no cord by mistake the seller contacted me the same day and offered to send one! Beyond wonderful transaction. Will buy again soo! Appearance is like new it looks fresh out the box!

    My son says it's great ..his shipper didn't send it out for nearly a week but seller was excellent with communication, responded immediately...even sent a second one out. Highly recommend seller.
