    Seller had an high end tool clearly listed as such in the description, and stock retail photos of as well, production of tool recently been discontinued. This tool (Eagle Grips) is considered the premiere tool of its kind, so there is a rush to buy the remaining stock. What i received was a far cheaper/inferior brand that came in Amazon packaging and receipt. I contacted seller who quickly communicated, sent another pair of cheaper locking pliers and money refunded. So I have 2 tools and money

    I would not reccommend buying anything from this vender. I ordered an automotive electrical connector crimper that I need quickly for a job I was doing. I allowed enough time for shipping and when I received the package all it contained was the packaging for the tool. When I contacted the vender they insisted that I return the tool (which I never received). They refunded my payment. However, I wanted the tool which I desperately needed. I had to order a new tool from a different vender.
