  Item arrived in as described condition, computer read it as a new battery with full capacity as listed so quality is decent enough. The dispatch time was great, sent immediately however packaging was sparce, the first unit turned up with damage but after some great comms the seller sent a new unit however packaging remained the same. All in all great service and a good quality item for a decent price. I'll buy here again.

  Item received on time and well packaged as advertised. My only slight negative is that where sellers advertise the "Make An Offer" option, if there's a minimum, they should say "offers above" etc. This stops lower offers they'd never accept and saves everyone time in the process. I had two reduced offers declined and ultimately simply just chose the buy it now price.

  The item was exactly as described and fully matched my expectations. Now I have a brand new laptop and more convenient one to use because of support extensions new battery has.   The battery is not installled, yet. The package presents one of care and professionalism. All the items as per the advertisement included. The quality is acknowledged, the condition is new and I regard the battery as good value for money. I trust it will provide my MacBook Air with many more years of “active service.” EBay kept me informed all along from the time of placing the order to final delivery, all on schedule. Much appreciated.

  Battery arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a mailing envelope. Item appears to be exactly what is advertised. Fit perfectly on my laptop and seems to be holding a charge as expected. Would purchase from this seller again.
