  Received the shipment today and wanted to give thumbs up to the seller. She tracked the shipment and updated me and made sure I was taken care of. She answered my questions promptly about the items, Calphalon cookware set, to make sure it was what I wanted before shipping. She was more interested in making sure I was satisfied with my buy than making the sell. I’ve unpacked them & I got a great deal. I’m getting reacquainted with cooking with stainless steel again thanks to a great seller.

  Wonderful buying experience with this seller. Not only did she respond to all of my questions, she gave me a great deal, and you could tell she really cared about the item going to a good home. My owl was shipped out fast, packaged meticulously to arrive safely, and even cuter than described! I will definitely be buying from this shop again! 5 stars all around!!

  maybe a bit overpackaged (not sure that every piece needed to be wrapped in plastic), but fast shipping and everything arrived intact (and in great condition!) in spite of being sent in a soft bag instead of a box
