  These were actually the wrong books, I ordered them by mistake and this seller accepted my return and refunded my money. Luckily he had the correct books I needed. I definitely recommend this seller. The shipping is fast, packaged adequately and a great price.

  I received the Subaru 2011 Owner s Manuals as requested. The package was clean and inside there were all the bookls and booklets as shown on the original eBay site. The items came in itheir original plastic folder bag and that was clean too. I am very pleased with the seller and the item that I ordered.

  Sorry to hear the post office is being slow delivering. We sent a tracking number for you when we shipped the item. According to the post office's website, it is out for delivery today. I don't show that you messaged us asking about a delay or we would have looked that up for you. Unfortunately, we cannot control the speed of the post office.
