They patiently waited for me to secure financing, made adjustments to the chair for my needs, and shipped it out incredibly fast.   These guys replied back to my email with not one but 2 phone calls. Asked questions and not only made sure I got the right parts but also was compassionate to my situation and gave me a really good deal. Plus free shipping on my items. 5 star company in my book.
