  Seller was wonderful, friendly, and great at communication! The shipping company seemed to lose the package for a little bit at some point (no fault of the seller), and the seller reached out several times to make sure it got to me soon! Packaging was secure, and the item was just as described! I had this pony when I was little, and was so excited to own it again! She’s even cuter than I remember, and am so happy to have her again!

  Packaging was great, doll was wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent damage so that was nice. The doll itself was in pretty good shape. Shipping was nice and quick considering I bought the doll on Saturday. It looks exactly like the picture too.
