  ETB came wrap in cardboard and a simple plastic shipping bag offering no protection. After inspecting the ETB I noticed several tears in the plastic that were not mentioned nor pictured in the original listing. After reaching out to seller about this and to see if I could exchange for a non damaged one I was told the ETB was in perfect condition when shipped. If you're a sealed collector do not buy from this seller as they obviously don't care about the product once someone buys it

  The seller was very responsive and helpful. When I received my iPad, the charger and adapter didn’t work, but after reaching out, they immediately sent me a replacement. Everything works perfectly now. The iPad is in great, like new condition. Excellent customer service and trustworthy seller, thank you! I highly recommend!
