  Bought an HP Z840 from this seller, when the workstation arrived, the package was very well wrapped, but somehow the power supply was broken, one piece fell off inside it, I think the glue was too old. Went through a very smooth conversation with the seller, and quickly I got a replacement for the broken power supply, now the Z840 is running smoothly as expected. The HP Z840 is a used one, and the motherboard was cleaned very well. Very good seller, will certainly purchase again.

  The item was delivered on time and the unit looked great. Unfortunately Fedex dropped the package some were en route which damaged the unit and I had to send it back. The seller was kind enough to quickly give me a refund. The experience was very professional.
