  This seller offered the BEST customer service I have ever received on eBay! I quickly made a purchase at midnight for my son w/ autism who is very particular. Tried to quickly cancel the order to make a different color choice and seller called the NEXT MORNING to accommodate me. Ended up sticking w/ the purchase but still seller went out of his way to make things right! The Ugg boots were authentic in excellent new condition and packaged well! FAST SHIPPING, GREAT VALUE!   Received wrong shoes , only to find out the seller didn't even have the shoes on the listing. Order was fully refunded upon sending the item back. Slower response time, nearly 24 hours after I contacted about the issue. Seller uses ground Advantage USPS shipping that was painfully slow and arrived 2 days later than expected.
