  The silicone is fantastic, but the knot is a little too soft . I’ve been in touch with the seller and they responded very quickly. They are improving the product and then we’ll see how it is after that. As far as customer service, shipping, price, all of those things are top-notch as well as seller communication. I would not and will not hesitate to buy from them again
