I purchased just the glass replacement and they texted me with details and pictures of the iPad needed a full new screen. Their communication was superior to any vendor I have ever dealt with. Yes, it cost me more to replace the whole screen but it was well worth it considering the price to purchase a used iPad would cost me more. They will communicate with you by text. All fine with a little snafu, device came back passcode protected but not sure how that happened. They stayed in touch while we found a solution. Would use again, seems to be a professional outlet and always fast to respond. Excellent polite communication at all times. Device looked great upon return, no evidence of repair, fully functional.
