  Seller made many efforts to appease which is very much appreciated. But still the fact remains that there was damaged to the clamps during shipping. Those responsible for shipping need to be ship in a box and not plastic bag in my opinion. Again, still a quality product with a good price.

  This was one of those funny wierd transactions! the seller contacted me stating they didn't have the item purchased and wanted to substitute and different version, like same thing only different? I replied and told them I bought and made the original purchase because thats what I wanted. Then the replied back and said they found some of the original and were sending me twice as much??? I only needed about a foot or so! now I have 19 feet I have no use for! LOL!

  There was a problem with my shipment (not the seller's fault) but the seller resolved the issue quickly and very much to my satisfaction. The test of a great seller is not when everything goes right but when something goes wrong. They definitely did the right thing and I would do business with them again.
