  Quick response. My order was received but it was the wrong product flavor. I received the Apple flavor instead of the pomegranate. They gave me a partial refund for the incident.

  Seller was fast and product is good! Too bad I cannot say the same for Fed Ex delivery. Instead of delivering at the front door, it looked as if it was slung out the window onto the lawn. Luckily I found the package before it got rained on.

  Unfortunately, my order was not processed correctly and I only received part of the item that I ordered. When I notified the seller, they apologized for the error that was made and processed a partial payment refund to me. I recognize that errors can be made and am thankful that the seller acted in a professional and timely manner.
