  I ordered the software and immediately the seller got back to me in regards to the format, DVD or download. I opted for the DVD, the seller let me know that the mailing service from Canada can take weeks and I was grateful for the advice and also that the software was multi format. I ordered 5 June and it arrived the 12 June. It was well wrapped, it came by air mail. Thankyou Stephane
