  Overall a great shopping experience. I ordered two rucksacks and they arrived pretty quickly. Unfortunately, one of them arrived slightly damaged. BUT when I reached out to the seller they were incredibly helpful and got the situation handled incredibly fast. The quality of the undamaged rucksack was great! It did appear used, exactly as described in the listing, but was in great working condition.
