Although this was only a small & inexpensive order for just 20 spade connectors, it was well packed & sent off to me immediately. Royal Mail did manage to leave this item in their van but still tracked it as having already been delivered here! I contacted the seller about this unexpected problem & they were instantly very helpful & it was then quickly resolved. Thank you.
