  What a quality fulfillment! My booklet was perfectly executed with the highest quality materials. It is new. it was wrapped and packed in a bubble mailer, and shipped to arrive quickly without priority shipping expenses. Seller communications explained the process and were reassuring to me, the purchaser. Perfect transaction. I would gladly buy from this seller again.   I was satisfied with the shipping, packaging, and condition of the owners manual. The item was as described, and even though the manual can be obtained online, I think that it's more convenient to have a paper or printed copy of the manual and may add a bit to the value of a piece of equipment that has a printed owners manual. There was no communication with the seller, but there didn't seem to be a need for communication, do that was OK. The cost of the manual seemed to be reasonable to me.

  EXCELLENT! Seller was positive in providing me this item - it was created and sent out - the quality of the printing and binding was excellent. The packaging was well done and protective of the paper product inside the envelope. It survived it's long trip from Midwest USA to west coast of Canada.   Super fast shipping, Perfect packaging , Better than described, and as for value, well folks you can not go wrong. This manual is well worth every penny. Great shape, clear printing, dark printing so you don't have to worry about not seeing the words. Large enough that I don't have to wear my glasses. looks like the original manual.   I am very pleased with the purchase and impressed with the seller who worked with me to find and print the new version of this manual. The manual arrived on time. Unlike most shipments today, the bound manual was packaged very well. It was enclosed in a protective plastic bag and placed in a sturdy cardboard container designed to hold the manual. My order was handled in a professional manner and arrived in pristine condition.
