  sellers says item is USA made in Pennsylvania, however, item was sealed in a bag labeled " Face mask disclaimer", and is exactly like the two China made bands I have. The leather, buckles and studs are of less quality than my USA made bands. The positive take here is the seller was more than willing to back the item.

  Our watchbands are USA made and we have been selling them for over 25 years from the same supplier who is a small business in the USA. We reuse plastic bags for shipping as NJ has a plastic bag ban and this helps the environment. Clearly you did not receive a facemask so what is the issue with recycled packaging? This customer is comparing this item to a item he purchased years ago and not from us.
