  Happy with my order. The shipping was fast and the cost was appropriate. Seller packed the item carefully. The item came exactly as described. The value was a bit higher than expected for a used item, specially when knowing how much was when new. However, overall experience was positive.

  Very pleased with these Pimpernel Meadow Wild Flower placemats. They arrived in pristine condition, were well packaged, even better than described, they were shipped in a timely manner and I'm thrilled with they way they look on my kitchen table.   Bought a pie plate and seller accepted the offer I sent. After receiving it I decided to buy 2 more. When I tried to buy them literally 2 days later they refused to honor the same offer. If both plates are shipped together it doesn’t make sense to pay double for shipping if it can easily be shipped together. I tried explaining this and apparently they didn’t understand what I was saying. Afterwards radio silence, seller stopped communicating. Bad business practice.

Your follow-up came after business hours, so there was a short delay — not intentional ‘radio silence.’ We did offer a combined shipping discount for the second order, but it wasn’t the offer you wanted. Unfortunately, you left negative feedback before we had a chance to respond. We always aim to provide fair pricing and clear communication.
