One of the fastest shippers I have bought from! Item was shipped in a manner of a few hours, but the tracking number was provided within the hour of buying. Seller is very friendly and courteous and watched over the package for me, often providing updates as available! Item is exactly as described and was packaged either great care and thought. I feel my purchase was deeply appreciated. Would definitely buy from seller again without hesitation!

Seller is so thoughtful and great with communication! I got a message direcrlt from her at purchase, on shipment, AND to check in after delivery. PLUS, she aas so willing to help when there was a minor issue in shipment, and sent just the nicest note in the box. Beautiful pieces in great condition, too!

This was the most positive purchase I’ve had the pleasure of being involved. I bought a beautiful Kate Spade that was exactly as it was described. It was packed with such care I knew it had been loved. My bag had some problems in shipping( not due to Lisa) she took responsibility for the problem with no worry on me!!! I have a beautiful Kate Spade worth a lot that I paid very little for!!!!!!!

Totally positive with this seller. FedEx dropped the ball and literally dropped the package. It was destroyed and was returned to seller without me every getting to see it. Seller communicated with me the entire time it went from NV to MN and back to NV. We were going to see if it was repairable. My entire amount was refunded to me after FedEx did not return the package to the seller and we both agreed it was time to give up. A+ seller. Seller packaged it well and it should have made the trip.
