  There were delivery issues: first, Evri damaged the parcel; then I received the wrong item. Despite this, the item was great value, well-packaged, and shipped promptly. The seller communicated professionally throughout, quickly resolved the problems, and kindly let me keep the incorrect item for free. Highly recommended - I look forward to buying from them again.

  It’s 7 days since I bought it and I still haven’t received the item, this is not cheap for what it is, and the seller could easily send it as next day delivery. The communication was poor, took a day to respond to my request for a refund and still not willing to do so.

  Package received this morning ( Saturday). Luckily, the refills were dispatched in 2 bags, as one of them leaked slightly in transit, but I managed to salvage it and wiped the others, so all good, thank you :).
