  Absolutely responsive seller. The monitor arrived packaged, however the delivery service still damaged it - because one connector was broken. I contacted the seller, and he fully reimbursed me for the cost of replacing the connector at a repair shop. As a result, the monitor was repaired, everything works. The product is very good. Huge thanks to the seller!

  Great seller, the screen I received was shipped fast and in new condition as described. The seller is very helpful in returning or replacing a defective screen. Made the process very easy and stands behind their merchandise, I will buy from them again with no hesitation. I sent a request for help to the wrong address which is what prompted the negative feedback, That was completely my error as seller was very responsive once they were aware of the manufacturers defect.   Seller contacted me to correct the issue, and I would retract the two-star rating and leave a FIVE-STAR rating. I sent a question message to the seller about my problem, but I did not include the item order number. I left the wrong feedback for this seller, they are a reputable seller, and are easy to return defective items, and are responsive once I used the correct inquiry method. My apologies to the seller. I will buy from this seller in the future with no hesitation.

  The item arrived as described and on time. I accidentally ordered the wrong one, and they were quick to reach out and gave me instructions to return it and get a full refund. Great communication, and I bought the right one from them afterwards (which worked and was exactly what I needed). Would buy from this seller again.

  Good price and quality of item. Shipping was fast, the condition of the packaging was good and item appearance came as in the description. Didn’t realize though that there would be more than one item in the package that was actually great .
