  Great seller, the screen I received was shipped fast and in new condition as described. The seller is very helpful in returning or replacing a defective screen. Made the process very easy and stands behind their merchandise, I will buy from them again with no hesitation. I sent a request for help to the wrong address which is what prompted the negative feedback, That was completely my error as seller was very responsive once they were aware of the manufacturers defect.   Seller contacted me to correct the issue, and I would retract the two-star rating and leave a FIVE-STAR rating. I sent a question message to the seller about my problem, but I did not include the item order number. I left the wrong feedback for this seller, they are a reputable seller, and are easy to return defective items, and are responsive once I used the correct inquiry method. My apologies to the seller. I will buy from this seller in the future with no hesitation.

  I had ordered the wrong color at first and they were able to ship out the right one. Although the replacement had issues they were able to reship another with no problems what so ever. Excellent customer service and definitely resolved my issue.
