  Five Star eBayer! Poorly packaged with just bubble wrap in a plastic bag - should have been in a box - luckily no damage. As described except seller should have highlighted ground spot on 24” ruler that wasn’t visible in photos - too expensive to return. Okay value and fast shipping.
