    Lovely carved jade duck figure, exactly as described/photographed, sold 'as is' with the areas of damage to the feet honestly shown and described. Seller kindly accepted our offer, and packed very well to cushion the duck on the journey from the USA to the UK. Good communication from seller, and easy to follow tracking details for parcel. Item arrived quickly given the distance, wife is delighted with the duck, thank you very much for your careful packaging!

    I was super excited to find this mug to replace one that broke. Unfortunately, the handle was shattered during shipment. I contacted the seller and sent a pic of the damaged mug and received a full refund. The mug looked even better than my original too. So sad. I would buy from this seller again. Awesome customer service!
