    Item was as described, in new condition at a good price. A good seller and will use him again. Through no fault of the seller it took 14 days to arrive, that was FedEx’s fault.

    Very concerned when the item arrived and was not as pictured. It did not come in the manufactures packaging. I jumped to conclusions believing it to be a cheap Chinese knockoff. That was not the case. I’ve tried to use those before and they do not fit or work. This indeed was a Briggs and Stratton OEM part in my opinion because it fit well and worked perfectly. Item was shipped fast, good communication, and would recommend this seller.

    Seller mailed package in a very timely manner. product was exactly as pictured and described. shipping was a concern as it left Utah to new jersey, then to Texas, then Tennessee, to new jersey finally to central new york. definitely NOT the sellers fault .I actually chuckled over USPS. To the seller: Thanks for great service & product _ works as it should.

    Original item never arrive by the due date. Contacted the seller and a replacement item was sent. Received it quickly. A negative turned into a positive transaction. Thank you to the seller for handling it efficiently. I would recommend this seller.
