The toy soldiers were individually protected by bubblewrap, inside a stout cardboard box, itself wrapped in a padded bag so arrived safely. They were exactly as described in the ad and pictured in accompanying photographs. I was very happy to obtain them at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much!

But the transport company Pitney Bowes was a nightmare. Parcel stuck somewhere for many weeks, no clear information, no way to contact them. I will not buy in UK again if knew that PB is somehow involved in the delivery process.
