  I ordered an Oasisspace Upright walker for $319.00 which was overpriced but I was delivered a less expensive Elenker upright walker I contacted the seller to see what kind of price difference they would rebate me, I had to keep the walker as I can't walk without one as my otherone an Oasisspace was damaged by Southwest airlines and was inoperableI am giving negative feedback because the SELLER HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ME, looking at their feedback this is not unusual!!

  Dear customer, first of all we did contact you since at the moment Oasisspace company stopped importing these walkers due to the current tariff situation and these walkers are currently nowhere to be found on the USA market. We sent an Elenker, a competitive brand of equal quality and 30$ difference in the price, we called you over the phone and offered a partial refund. You declined in very rude words, asking for an unreasonable amount. Then you declined a return label and hang up the phone.

  The company OasisSpace had some issues with shipping to Mayflower . These guys jumped in solved issue and kept me in. Loop with clear communication. Top notch company to order from A+

  This seller is terrific, unfortunately they were out of stock on the one I ordered. They sent me a similar one in a different brand to see if it would work for me, but it was too small and I had to return it. They were terrific handling my return and refunding my payment expeditiously quick and favorable without any hiccups, the type of eBayer I like to do business with. They are an upstanding model to how a business should operate to keep customers. I know that sometime later on, I'll be back!

  Received wrong item through improper labeling by manufacturer. Immediately corrected with a return label and immediate refund! Kudos for customer service.
