  Laudent was easy to deal with when there was a slight problem with the ring itself, unfortunately the ring was split when I opened the package a replacement is being sent as I am writing this today, no grief and very good communication with laudent

  HI tehre, I asked the seller for refund and offered to return the item. I', receiveing repeatedly automated answer with no address availbal where to send the item . The item has arrived damaged but on the top of it the pictures on ebay are mislesading, the item is tiny, very, very poor qaulity. it is supposed to be a coffee container but barely hold 50ml and is to thin even to hold shape ( apart form arrving cracked). This seller is not genuine, its scam. I want full refund and want to report th

  This seller was let down by the courier who took longer than expected to get it to the local delivery depot, then tracked the parcel as 'delivered on Friday' when it wasn't, then miraculously delivered it (again?) on Saturday! This is beyond the seller's control obviously. I give 100% positive feedback as these notebooks are great value and perfect for the charity lucky dips we have planned. I would certainly buy from this seller again as communication was also very good.

  The item was dispatched in an envelope that was not reinforced, and the courier bent it to get it through the letterbox. My initial email to complain was ignored. However, when I left negative feedback my money was reimbursed and the matter concluded satisfactorily. The card itself was nice and delivered on time
