  Took a little longer to ship than I expected. But they built it for me with a makita battery slot which they didn't offer on ebay. But they went out of their way to make it happen. This is every bit as nice as the general eye i have on another van. And less than half price of a ridgid or milwaukee. Sweet camera for the price.

  this item took longer than what was originally promised but i contacted the seller and they got back to me the next day seller communication was positive however waited almost a month for my item I understand delays so i continued with the seller and item was shipped and was happy with my product always expect delays when buying on ebay

  Terrible customer service. I can't believe they are putting these units on ebay and telling people they will ship quickly!! Took 3 weeks to get my camera and that's after multiple phone calls and excuses. Also paid extra for a skid kit and still have not received it!! Horrible company!!
