The seller stated she had a medical issue and her help could not find the item. It was later found and she offered to ship it. I declined as I had already purchased it elsewhere (unfortunately, at a higher price with a longer wait time). Since it didn’t ship. I gave only 1 star for shipping and shipping time. She did try to resolve the issue.
