  Item was received in excellent condition as described by seller. Item was packaged very well and shipped very quickly after purchase.   Fast shipping, excellent packaging, overall good experience. Decent description, I feel that area could be improved. Shipping was steep but the outhouse did have some weight to it as it is a solid piece of material and not hollow or assembled. Will be back to purchase here in the future.
