  This eBay seller made thing right after the Post Office lost the package. A simple message is all it took. So buy with confidence from this seller: My eProms arrived fully erased which is a big time saver, all were from the same manufacturer (bonus). The chips were clean, the labels looked perfect (not washed out), the pins seemed original (not coated in solder), overall good quality deal from a US seller.
