    Excellent communication! This product arrived timely, well packaged, and as described. This laptop was in pristine condition and I was pulling off plastic from the power button because it was so new! I will definitely recommend this seller to anyone who wants a premium product.

    Item arrived - May 30th. Was the worst packed item I've ever gotten from eBay. NO Packing material, No Newspaper, No brown Wrapping paper, NO bubble pack. Was not secured in the box, so rattled around inside box. The box looks like it had caved in at one time. It did have a strip of scotch tape over the opening to seal it shut. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THE ITEM THAT YOU ARE SHIPPING, IT"S IMPORTANT TO THE BUYER.

    I initially made a purchase from this seller, but then found the same item locally, so asked the seller to cancel my purchase. The seller responded immediately and cancelled the order. So even though I did not actually purchase the item, it was a great experience with this seller.
