    Great product. Packaged very well. Once it shipped, it arrived within 5 days. The extra tariff fee's from China kind of suck but that is the current conditions we live in. Great Seller. Thank you.

    As yet i have not received this item, so, I can't rate it. I have an issue with the delivery company ARAMEX. I asked them where my item was, and their response 'wait for an email'. I am not happy. All I want is my item delivered in the time frame they advised. I would think very carefully about having any item I purchase on eBay being delivered by this company again.

    Dear customer, we shipped the package on time, and Aramex indicates it has been delivered to your address. I'm not sure what the misunderstanding was between you and Aramex, but we don't provide courier services. If you're dissatisfied with Aramex, you can file a complaint with them on their official website. Rather than leaving us a negative review, that would be unfair to us. Thank you!

    I made a hasty review of this seller due to a bad power cord. The seller did everything an excellent seller would do in offering to take back the product and refund my purchase. This seller responds in a timely fashion and can be trusted.
