    Shipped fast in its original box, although it took a long time to arrive due to UK is no longer a member of the EU. Despite being described as a Class C condition PC, this machine was hardly used at all. This is the most immaculate 2nd hand PC I've ever seen in my 20+ years career as an IT pro. I'm truly impressed. Even Windows 11 was preinstalled and ready to use. Highly recommended seller with good communication.

    Great seller with excellent communication. The item arrived as new but with a small crack, but they quickly offered a return and full refund or a partial refund. I requested a partial refund and they approved it and proccess it without any issue. Very professional and responsive—highly recommended!
