    The item was very reasonably priced, a genuine part as described, and shipped quickly in secure packaging. Unfortunately, it turned out to be defective. However, the seller responded within minutes and handled the issue very professionally.     My purchase would have arrived as described. Unfortunately, despite being bubble wrapped, it had suffered some minor damage during shipping. Laptop-Goods was quick to respond to my inquiry about the situation with an agreeable solution. Despite being 6 years old, the PC is impressively clean and functions well. I am quite pleased with the value I have received. I would not hesitate to buy from Laptop-Goods again.
