  Item ordered. Never sent. Messaged seller, no response. Open case for item not received. Seller never responded. eBay had to get involved to get a refund. Very poor.

  Item arrived with 1 pin badly bent, managed to straighten it eventually but I would have expected at least an apology from the seller, which didn't bother to respond to my message. Not going to bother over this as it's really a low value item but I would have expected more professionalism from the seller to at least check what they are shipping out to customers.
