    Hi, we are very sorry you encountered these issues. As you are aware as soon as we found out the incorrect amount of blades were sent out, we sent out another package straight away. As for the age verification parcel, that was an error this end. We have a new member of the dispatch staff and they didn't follow the procedure for dispatching this sort of product.
